you know those things where you put like 75 cents in and you press the button to shoot out air. It's for car tires and stuff... well, when you put it into the hole and let go of the button, that air pressure gauge thing pushes up and it shows how much air pressure is in there. Well, where do i go to? 70? 45? i really dont know

First of all, you should avoid using the car pumps to pump your bike tire, they allow too much air at once and you could risk bursting your tires, especially a skinny road bike tire.

Secondly, to find the proper tire pressure, you'll see on the side of the tire it will say min, pressure and max. pressure. Typically mountain bike tires gets around 30-40 PSI, and road bikes are 80-120 PSI.

Thirdly, the pressure gauge at those stations are not very accurate, if they even work at all. Even with car tires, you need to use a separate gauge to tell the pressure. Its a good idea to invest in buying a bike pump, nowadays they all have gauges built-in and much more accurate for bike tires.
