How much a 2003 honda accord key cost?

i just order a key from ikeyless.com for 45 dollars and i just need it cut and program. how much does it cost to go to the dealer for this?

the key i order is a chipped key but a blank keyblade.
can i just go to homedepot and copy the key and program it myself?
 
You could have just went to the dealer and got everything done on the spot for $65 and not had to ask any questions.
