suffering they caused others? A little more detailed version of the question: How might concentration camp doctors and guards have justified to themselves the death and suffering they caused other human beings during the Holocaust?
 
They justified it by asserting that they weren't causing "human beings" pain and suffering but a lesser specie -
 
They were told that Jews were no better than rats, do you feel guilty killing a pest?
