I would like to understand the norms in the advertisement business. I am wondering if anyone knows how media buying and planning companies make money. If your answer is a hourly rate, can you tell me how much they charge hourly? and how many hours are consider as norm to plan a online campaign, TV Campaign or a Print campaign. I would like to know what is included into the client's proposal as development cost. If its by commission, what is the current percentage ad agency get to keep on client advertising budget.
