It depends on what you mean. There are many stages. Basic Military Training time depends on the service but typically lasts eight and a half weeks. After that you will go to another school based on the job your going into. This can be one location or several. You may spend a month training there or up to a year again depending on the job your are training for. After that you will graduate and go to your first base. From there you will regularly be training on several areas including your job. This part never really ends, though mostly it is the same training over and over again.
