How many Weight Watcher points for Olive Garden Salad?

I have quite a bit of detail on points for Olive Garden entrees but I have not found any information about the salad w/ salad dressing. Does anyone know how many points a plate of the salad w/ salad dressing is?
 
I would guess that a plate would be about 3 points,
I would guess that the whole salad bowl would be about 15 points.
