How many web pages on a mobile phone would 50MB be?

My network provider (Telus) is making everyone pay for using the internet on their phones now. I'm frequently using the internet on my phone to check my e-mail and what not, and if my internet at home is being unreliable. I'm not sure if 50MB ($15 per month) is enough or if I should just get the 500MB plan for $25 per month.
