I took apart a disposable camera, and i'm figuring on putting the light on my bike or something. The flash takes about 15 seconds to load up and I want to make it flash every 1 second or something. The camera has a 330v 160uF capacitor. I'm wondering if I can put 330 volts on the light and it will turn on. I don't have access to 330 volts so probably 120 is good enough. (I know the dangers of opening cameras so please cool it on that subject) So, basically I just want to know, based on the capacitor specs, what the camera flash bulb voltage is and if I can directly apply that voltage to it and have it stay on.
