How many times should you exercise a week?

I have trouble getting to the gym on weekdays because my job is loading trucks for DHL. At my job, i'm almost never sitting down, i'm always carrying a package into my car or sorting out papers or running from car to car. in short, it's pretty physical. I'd like to exercise more, but i'm just so tired every single day.
 
Sounds to me like you're doing pretty well already. It's good for your heart to get a good workout (ie your bllood pumping faster, a light sheen of sweat on your brow) for 30 mins at least 2 or 3 times a week, but if you're pretty active there's probably not too much to worry about. Remember lifting heavy stuff and moving are decent exercise.
 
Since you job is pretty active I would say a 30 minute workout 3x per week would be good. Yet it all depends on what you are trying to reach. If you just want to maintain you current health and physical condition that would be fine. If you want to lose fat you need a little more... and if you want to gain muscle you need to add resistance training to your workouts and cut on the cardio.... So it all depends and what you want to achieve. Good LUCK
 
You'll find that your job will be a lot less tiring if you did a high intensity workout (crossfit, intervals, etc.) at least 3 times a week.
