I call them like 2-3 times a day, I usually just call them to listen to the sweet voice of amazing cust. Service
 
Only once so far, when I first got my BB. They transferred me to BB support right away. Very helpful and curteous. But, I've been with T-Mobile less than a month, so I still haven't gotten my first bill.

Called once for help because we couldn't get our online t-mobile account to show that we had the 8320's. It kept showing a razr for one account so we couldn't add any bb services to it online.

ZERO times...have rabroad for minor issues and *fingers crossed* haven't had any major issues needing a CS rep...but like kelhoss i have been known to call just to talk to them...they are extremely nice people...we should start a love your CS rep movement...hmmmm....start it up T-MO i'll head the division
