how many times do i have to loose my phone to loose my insurance coverage . tmobile.?

i lost my phone the first time after getting a phone two days ago. and i get a new blackberry bold for 130 dollars. my questions if i loose my phone again what is going to happen and i still have insurance on my phone.because i am scared i always loose my phone.
