Hey guys. Im a student from Washington. I want to change my WA license to CA license. I only need to pass to Written test . I didn't even read the book so I failed the 1st( 27 / 36) and 2nd test( 28/ 36). What if I failed the 3rd time???Can I retake it? the officer told me next time is your last chance. What does that mean? Do I need to retake the driving test?
How many times can I take the written test to change my license??
