I sprint 75m-100m and power walk back. How many times should i do that to get a good workout?? Will i be a faster sprinter if i did this 5 days a week for 3 months??
Keep in mind that this is not my only cardio workout. I do some boxing and other stuff, so it doesn't have to be the most grueling workout ever.
