How many sprints? Easy 10 points!?

Alright so my main goal for the season is to get fast. In tge week I do box jumps and jumprope about twice a week. I do a lot pf lifting and hitting. I only can find time to run sprints about once every other week.. So how many should I run and what distances (remember: I can only go once every other week but I do other things that help^)
