How many servings of veggies should my 1 year old eat in a day?

My son is almost 1, and will be off formula soon. I'm nervous about him getting enough greens in because he hates veggies already. I can get him to eat broccoli and carrots but only sometimes. So realistically, how many servings is he supposed to have in a day once he's off formula? And what are some clever ways to get him to eat his veggies more?

4-5 servings of fruits & veggies each day is great -this is about 1-2 bites at each meal. take some cooking classes so that you can become more creative at mealtime. continue to serve him the exact same healthy meals that the rest of the family eats, give him plenty of water in his cup, and use almond or soy milk in his cereal. there is no need for your child to use infant formula.

The same amount of servings as an adult, only the serving size differs. About 3-5 servings a day. As far as clever ways, I've had friends who've hidden veggies in other dishes and swear they can't taste them, but that never fooled my kids. I still have trouble getting my kids to eat their veggies. Wish I could help more. And actually, I've heard it's 3-5 servings of fruits and veggies combined are sufficient.
