How many SAT Subjects do college look at?

I'm planning to take a lot of SAT subjects, but I want to know if colleges will even care If I take many. I want to try to get in Ivy League. How many Subjects should I take?
 
idk about ivy league, but all other schools look at math, english, and writing. go to college board.com and check out the schools your interested in.
