how many reps of each exercise should i do a day to tone up/be healthy/and speed...

...up my metabolism? i already eat really healthy and jog which ive been doing pretty much my whole life however i am not completely happy with my body and i just want to be healthier im 5'7 130 lbs and a 17 year old female
how many squats/crunches/push ups ect should i do a day to speed up my metabolism/be healthier so that i can burn more calories while i run?
ive been doing 3 reps of 100 crunches a day but thats it...is that enough? how many squats/pushups ect...i cant go to the gym but ide like a workout that is around equivalent to one youde do at the gym...
