it has a bad seal, and i brought a quart of tranny fluid stop leak, and it says to use one quart to every ten quarts of tranny fluid.

It is easy to fill a transmission. Is it empty now? If so, did you drain it? Just want to make sure there is no leak problem.
You will need a funnel and you should fill it thru the dipstick tube. Put the car in park and put blocks in front and behind the wheels. Just make sure it's not gonna roll. If it is empty, put a quart in and then start the car. Use the dipstick to check the level of fluid between adding a little more at a time. It has to be running to check the level properly. When you are able to see the fluid on the dipstick you are getting close. Just fill it until the stick says you are within limits. Then put the dipstick back and you are good to go.

I think it's 9 counting the torque converter.

after you drain the torque converter it will take around 7 or 8 quarts.

about 5 quarts if its a 3liter vs then it takes about 4.5
