...county car chase recently? Just asking seeing as how Alcohol continues to be so low priced and easily available. Also why is it when you go to any local midwestern court 1/4 to half of the case involve DUI/DWIs? Hmmm. Seems a bit odd to me. People are expected to drink responsibly but 'smoking responsibly' is impossible for some reason.
