How many plates do you eat at the all you can eat buffet?

I was eating at a all you can eat chinese restaurant today, and ate 5 plates. There were these people sitting at a table next to mine and they kept staring at me the whole time I was in there. I thought it was all you can eat. Guess they didn't think a 21 year old guy can eat that much. I am 5-8 205lbs so it isn't like I am huge or anything, I just have a big appitite. How many plates to most people eat at these places.
