and what about third party candidates? and then what about non voters? didnt only a minority of people in this country actually vote for obama? (or any president for that matter)
we are always told that the president was democratically elected by the majority, but that is not even true. most people did not vote for the president. are they being oppressed?
so 64 million people wanted obama to be president. but that means over 200 million didnt want him to be president.
tmess- so a majority of people under the control of barack obama never voted for him, correct?
daisy- if you read what i wrote i clearly stated that my ideas applied to all presidents not just obama. of course if you didnt vote for bush you were oppressed just as i as, because i didnt vote for bush either. i also didnt vote for obama, so i guess i am more oppressed than you even.
When i said i was told that the president was democratically elected by a majority i was referring to when i was forced to go to government schooling. that is what they told me. i dont watch fox news any more than any other news station, which is not much.
mess- yes that is what i am saying, no government has been legitimate. they claim to rule with the consent of the governed, yet the majority of people have not consented to them being president, or to being ruled by their government.
daisy- dont you think it makes you look like you have no points of your own if you call people names like "tea bagger"? especially being that i am not part of the tea party movement.
