You know, not the traditional roundish helicopters, but the long ones with the two rotor discs? I'm sorry if I'm using confusing terminology here, but I know little to nothing about military stuff. So, in a desperate situation, how many people could be fit into one of those longish army helicopters?
Okay, someone answered that they are mainly used for transporting supplies, but that's not really the answer I want. I'll just come right out with it and say it - I'm writing a zombie apocalypse novel, and as part of military evacuation of a large city the U.S. army is bringing in those long helicopters. Could they be used in this situation to transport people instead of supplies? If so, how many people could such a helicopter fit?
