How many people can be in the car if i have a permit and can i drive to another state?

Ok well I live in texas and i have a driving permit. so can my mom who is registerd to be in the front seat while i drive and my dad and sister who both have license ride in the back seat? And can i drive to arkansas if i live in texas and have a permit here.. its a short trip

No ,but call your local motor vehicle or find them online ask the same questions this is why you start with a permit to learn what your limits are.
