tell me if we are getting a good deal it has all the following:
145k miles
nice looking interior and exterior
it costs 6,800 with repairs to make sure that every runs well, the last owner didn't do anything bad to it at all.
So am I getting a good deal or ripped off, and will it last until 350k miles?

for that price i would atleast try to get the next model up 97-99. they have them models the 97-99 between 4500-7000.with that kind of mileage. i would not get that model year for no more than 3500-4000 dollars now way.also a lexus will go over 300 easy if it has been taken care of and you see that the owner had tune-up and oil changed in a timely manner.

All modern cars are designed for 10 years and 150k miles. If you take care of it they will go farther. If you don't then it wont.

I'd never pay $6,800 for a 14 yr old car with 145k miles on it. For it to make 350k miles you will have to do repairs and some of them could get expensive. You would also have to drive it for close to 20 more years during which time parts would get harder to find.

The price is a bit high, verify it with www.kbb.com.

Any Lexus can last to 350K, but are are willing to put the money into to make it last that long? Repairs on a Lexus is not cheap. It is worth it for the car that you really want to keep. Good luck.

well if you had to spend any money on repairs you got stuck thro most cars wil drive into the 400,000 range but only if they are cared for right knowing the owner didnt good bet it wil not make it that far
