How many miles is too many for a used Acura RL or TL?

My parents and I are looking at new cars for when they pay off the 2001 Chevy S-10 that we currently own. The truck is ok for somebody that doesn't tow or anything, but it has lackluster horsepower (170 i believe) and RWD is pretty brutal in the snow and ice. Also the thing is a total gas guzzler. Since I am only in high school, I rarely drive on the interstate. One of my friends drives a 2002 Acura TL Type-S and I love riding in it. So I was thinking of getting a Acura when we pay off the Chevy. So how many miles is too much for a TL or RL?
