I'm trying to track someone down and need to know this....would they give me any information on my grandma and to where she is if i was to call them?? i mean, she is my grandma and i never met her but i know theres a law but not sure if it's valid if she's no longer emitted. uhh, this is frustrating lol, but i would like to meet her atleast once before she passes. i know she is in her 80s now so i really don't have time to waste........dang, i'm always into something lmao.......thanks for the help
