Ive owned my Packard Bell Easy Note K5283 Laptop for many yrs know & it still works fine but I decided to upgrade the original memory of 256mb. Before I bought extra ram I took a look at the crucial site and also spoke to memory sellers on ebay to confirm the type of memory and amount I needed. I bought two sticks of 512's as I was told there are two slots, one free and one already in use with the original 256mb. When I unscrewed the back plate to access the slots I was expecting to see 2 slots one in use and one free but there is in fact only one slot with nothing in it! Seems like the ebay sellers and the crucial site are wrong, unless im missing something?
