How many Megaworms/Crickets should I give my bearded dragon in a day?

She's about nine months old. I usually give her about twenty dusted crickets every other day and veggies every day. Is she getting enough meat?

Also I just bought Mega worms for the first time. The guy at the pet store said I should only give her one a day? But I've gotten wrong info from him before. thoughts? Thanks!
