for a letter to China (GuangZhou)? Just has a letter in it.. doesn't weight much at all.
I heard it only costs around 98 cents? But it only costs 1 stamp to mail within the U.S., so could it really be just 2 for China?
I remember receiving letters with many many stamps when I was still in China, though.. so I'm a bit confused.
