How many known asteroids are heading toward earth?

I think there's like 200,000 know earth crossing comets/asteroids

size range from small (small bus or car) to size of the state of texas

one earth killing asteroid is due to pass earth 2029
 
How big are they and what distance? Just the known ones.

I'm 40 and this is not a school question.
