how many hour should i work in the gym per day?

If you want to lose weight, then change the food you eat. Avoid eating foods and drinking drinks that have sugar added to them. And if you decrease the amount of sugar in your diet enough, then you will lose weight.
 
im 15 nd im weight 190 pounds nd im 5,8 ft i have to loss weight in this summer so how many hour should i work in this summer to be at least 160 p?
 
it really depends.
you have 2 options when you go to the gym:
-focus on one muscle group and work those, then the next day you work on a different one. this way requires less time in the gym, but you should probably go just about every day.
-do all around workouts where you don't necessarily focus on one group of muscles, but rather you do a little of all. opposite of the first option, this takes more time in the gym, but in order to be healthy and give your body the time and recovery you need, you should only go to the gym every other day

in general though, 1-2 hours including cardio is average.
don't overdue it, but make sure that you work your muscles as much as you can.

Sod the gym. Gyms ate for idiots. Go outside and start walking. Get a bike and start using your legs. Get a physical job. Stop driving everywhere.

Some people are so stupid, aren't they? Or am I being unreasonable?
