...not taught them what to think? My guess is very few Americans knew who the Governor of Alaska was before Big Media started attacking her. Now 1/2 of America spends part of every day telling Sarah Jokes.

Hey maybe it is a substitute for the Race Jokes they used to tell.
 
It only took her 30 seconds after she opened her mouth before I got an idea of what kind of a spectacular twit she is.

It is all due to the liberals and the media making it the new thing to do- its all the rage. Unfortunately too many people today truly believe this is what open and honest political discourse should be like and because of that we are all doomed to failure
 
Very few Americans knew who she was because she was a nobody.

No one, other than Palin herself talking, had to tell me that the non-sequiturs and gibberish she'd spew forth on a regular basis was the equivalent of a seventh grader trying to BS their way through an essay exam.

The reason why there continue to be so many jokes is because she continues to embarass herself on a regular basis.

If she'd think more, and especially do so before speaking, she wouldn't give everyone so much ready material for abuse.
 
Actually, I don't watch T.V. I saw her interview on YouTube and was shocked that someone who was so ignorant of the issues got that far in Politics. I'm an Independent Moderate, who was seriously torn between McCain and Obama until I saw her interview.

I gave her the benefit of the doubt until then.

But otherwise, I don't spend all day attacking her OR Obama as some seem to waste their time doing.

I had heard about her about half a year before she started as McCain's V.P. choice, though I admit I knew only that she was Governor of Alaska.

It didn't take long for her own to convince me in her own words that she was not ready or aware of the issues.

But I don't loath her, I just recognize that she has no idea what is going on, and she is being paraded around by both sides-a Standard Bearer on the Right, and a jester on the Left.
 
Yeah... see, there's a reason why the McCain/Palin campaign told her she's not allowed to talk without explicit consent anymore during the election race. :( How's that for free-thinking?
 
Most people don't loathe her, they don't care for her. I determined that the day she stood in my city and made fun of her opponent because if a job her had before he went to law school. I thought that was very tasteless. This was an unedited broadcast of her speech. The rest came from watching her unedited debate and unedited campaigning.
