i am thinking of getting some fish but i am only 14 so i cant afford any thing expensive lol i have seen a 21 litre tank but how many fish can i keep in it ??

A single betta, and a few African dwarf frogs would work so long as you have both a filter and a heater. Or a few guppies either male or female, but not both.

No goldfish are compatible with this tank. 21 liters is only five gallons, and a single fancy goldfish requires 20 minimum.

Maybe 1-2 average Goldfish or some Guppies but that is quite a small tank so your limits aren't high

good for 1 to 2 fish only.. its good you pair them so the fish won't get lonely.. and see them lively

1 Betta splendens (Siamese fight fish), I don't know about the African dwarf frog

It's not how many fish it's how many inches of fish. Depends on if it's a sea water or a freshwater tank. Does it have a filter and a pump? Where you buy your fish should have all the info you need. art

Just the betta would be absolutely safe and fine. Some of the smaller one-inch fish fish, like a glowlight tetra, would be okay in a small group, but really, the only thing I'd keep in a 21 liter tank is a betta.

And they're so cool! They all have their own personalities, and they flare to get big, and you can teach them to come to you when you approach them, and they wag their tails and look so happy to see you.
