How many fish could I keep in a 90 litre tank?

How many fish could I keep in a 90 litre tank?

Also I was planning to put the following fish together. Would they be compatible?

1 x Rainbow Fish
1 x Siamese Fighting Fish
1x Cory
1 x Angel Fish
1 x Gourami
5 x Danios
5 x Neon Tetra

Would they be okay together? Any suggestions
