How many emails can you have with rogers computer?

My mother is determined on believing that you can only have seven what she calls 'accounts' (she isn't describing very well what 'accounts' are) I have a yahoo email, Gmail and a Hotmail email, none of which are part of rogers that I know of (as they all have different endings).
What I think she means is that anything you enquire with rogers (Like @rogers.com) you may only have seven of those.
Someone explain? I'm not sure who is right and I want to know
