How many phone numbers can be made of 6 numbers in which the first number isn't equal to 0 ?
Well the answer in my book is 900000
I've figured out the equation they intended which is 9*10*10*10*10*10 , however how could it be different numbers if the possibilities in each digit doesn't change the equation
