We are on a budget and we're having a casual wedding. It turns out that its actually cheaper to have a buffet dinner rather than cocktail. My partner reckons that not everyone will be sitting down to eat at the same time so we don't really need to hire the exact amount of chair covers.
The hall we are renting already comes with (ugly) chairs and tables, but just to hire the table covers and chair covers can be quite costly. We will have about 80adults & 10 kids at the reception. How many chairs do we need?
The main reason why I'm considering less chairs is because we want most people to be up & dancing. But I get what you mean, people need a seat to eat and relax as well.
