How many calories would each of these exercises burn please?

Someone give me an estimate please. Thankyou kindly.

10 minutes of weights with medium heavy weights. tricep, bicep.

30 minutes of power walking. brisk walking outside.

10 minutes of exercise bike on level 3 intensity.

10 minutes of situps, and stomach crunches.

10 minutes of 'Cardio dancing'. Freestyle dancing to upbeat music like britney.

All of this twice a day. How many calories would that burn do you think?
