How many calories should i eat?

If i'm working out for 1-2 hours, 4 days a week. i don't want my body to go into starvation mode but i don't want to eat more than i have to either as i am trying to loose weight. The 1-2 hours is a mix of cardio and weights.

i'm 18 and weigh about 59kg if that helps
