i am 28 years old..weigh 154lbs..height 5ft 7inches.
i love food but i also love to work out
i do eat healthy foods but just to much of it i think. i eat between 1500 and 1800 calories per day.
to loose 10lbs by may..how many calories do i need to burn in the gym per session ?? i go to gym 5 days a week.
