Just over the past few days, can anyone tell me approximately how many calories each day I've eaten? And how good/bad is my diet?
Wednesday:
cucumber sandwich
1 cup of water
2 cups of milk
green tea
tim tams
crumbed sausage
2 tomatoe sauce and butter sandwiches
Thursday:
banana
half a pawpaw
small bowl of fried rice/egg/garlic
2 pieces of toast (jam and butter)
chicken and salad
a tim tam
2 fruit juice
3 green tea
1 cup of milk
Friday:
small bowl of stew
2 pieces of raisin bread plus margarine and slices of tomato
tin of sausage and vege stew
bowl of peach slices
4 pieces of raisin bread with margarine
2 fruit juice
1 hot chocolate
1 green tea
