I was just curious because today I rode bike for 3 hrs and Im pretty tired but I only ate a bowl of cheerios and a bowl of ramen noodles and 32 fl oz. of snake eyes. It might be the caffeine crash inside me but biking is a great exercise so I dont know. I usually eat 2,000-2,500 calories a day like an average person but Im active so my metabolism is pretty high too and I work out a lot and do lots of cardio when I don't feel like biking. How much I exercise in a day usually varies from how tired I am but usually it's 2 hours a day of pure exercise like biking or something, but then for the rest of the day I do other stuff outside and I work out a lot, but sometimes when I'm tired after exercising hard I usually come home and rest a while and then do whatever I feel like afterwards. In the morning and at night I'm usually inside though playing games, pc, or tv, but Im usually outside most of the afternoon doing what I mentioned above and workout. Any answers would work.
