Ok so I have a 10 month old daughter and was not able to work out at all because she would get fussy and spit up. I was told it was because of lactic acid build up. She is very fussy. Anyway I was able to drop all but 10lbs just nursing. I decided this weekend to start working out a bit so I ran both saturday and sunday and watched what I ate thinking I would be able to lose the 10lbs fairly easily. well I weighed myself yesterday and I gained 4lbs. Am I not eating enough for the nursing baby and my body is storing the calories. I just don't know what to do. How many calories do I need to eat while nursing and to be able to exercise and also lose a lb a week. Please any advice would be great.
