how many calories do i need to eat for this amount of excercise?

i'm a 14yr old girl, around 158cm and 52 kg's
i have train twice a week for 2hrs each (soccer)
i dance 3 times a week, about 4 hours in total

and i walk to the busstop and back (2km)
and i go outside/run around everyday


so how may calories do i eed to eat?
or a suggestion for a daly diet?
