how many calories did i eat today?

i already tried pyramid gov for some of them but i cant get all so please help me out if ou can.
i had two bowls of cereal: frosted flakes and soymilk
i had one of those quarter size halloween-candy style snickers bar
i had a subway 5 dollar foot long:
it had italian bread, ham, onions, mayo, lettuce, and tomatos
finally i had like a tenth of a mcdonalds snack wrap (i stopped because i realized that i wasnt really all that hhungry lol)
so please help me figure out how mmuch i ate todday. appreciate it :).
 
cereal = 150 x 2 = 300c / milk 70c = 370c

snickers bar = 250c

subway 5 dollor = 500

italian sandwhich = 300

mcd`s wrap about = 100-150

so that says it all thats way to much junk food!! and probs way over the limet of you daily cals needed to maintain your weight!!

try something like this....


Breakfast 9 oclock

Bowl of branflakes = 95 skimmed milk = 37 =132c

Snack 10.30 - Apple = 65c

Lunch 12.00 - chicken breast = 150 vegetables = 40c mash potatoe = 100 gravy = 65


snack 2.30 - Banana = 80c

snack 4.00- apple = 65c


Dinner 6.00- chicken breast =150 c with lettuce tomatoes ect...No ayonase it has tons of fat and loads of cals!! use redwine vinega

suppa 8.30 - oats - 95 milk = 37


drink plenty of water through out the day not soda!!
and drink green tea if you like it!!


so if you want to maintain your weight you might need about 2000 cals aday

if you want to lose weight dont go over 1300 cals

and do plenty of exercise

remeber if you want to lose weight cut the crap out eg cakes chocolate,mcd`s,subway!! chips,fries ect...

and change things like white pasta 4 brown past white rice 4 brown rice -white bread 4 brown bread!!

whole milk 4 skimed milk

get what i mean?

and throw some exercise in!! = ]
