im going to do 30 minutes of elliptical at resistance idk umm 5? and then im goign to go biking for 30 minutes....
is that good exercise people todl me i look different btu im nto seeing the difference on the scale its NOT changign and nope i am for sur enot gaing muscle weight lol

my bmi is 27.5 but im not like obese ... YET
its just thaT i hAve big ass and thighs
