How many calories can I lose doing this exercise?? Jump roping?

I'm 16, 5'1, and 155 lbs and i'm trying to lose weight before my junior year, about 41 lbs?? I jump rope almost everyday I do about 800. I do 100 then I take a minute break and lift a 10 lb weight or stretch then I bathe and go to bed. I jump at a somewhat fast pace (not including stumbles XD) How many calories do you think I can lose like this?? Any diet tips??
