How many calories can I burn with these exercises?

3 sets of 12 pull ups?
10 one hand push ups on each arm?
50 push ups?
10 minutes of running (not jogging)?
100 leg lifts and 200 crunches?

I weigh 160 lbs and I am male.

Thanks for your time!
PS I am not looking to lose weight, in fact I'm trying to gain weight
