I am interval training.
I usually sprint for 14 seconds, and then I do a "baby" (slow) jog back to the starting place where I began for my rest. I am 5"3 and 150 lbs, about 20 lbs overweight. The amount of ground I cover is about 40-50 meters (I am unsure, I don't sprint on a track).
How many calories can be burned in those 5 seconds?
and for a whole 5 minutes with the "baby" sprinting?
