How many calendars can I sync?

is there a limit on the number of calendars that will sync to my android phone. If not, then why am I not seeing all my calendars. And if there is a limit, how can I choose which calendars to sync? please help.

Are you talking about multiple calendars on different accounts? Or multiple calendars pulled into one account?

On Android 1.6 and below you're limited to the calendar(s) on the account associated with your phone. I don't know about 2.0, but I vaguely recall it supports multiple Google accounds.

In the Calendar, if you hit Menu -> More -> My Calendars... are all of the calendars you want checked?

Even if you go that far you can press menu again and add more calendars that you might have but are missing from the list. I often have to do this to add my dad and my gf's calendar.

guys, I wasn't talking about multiple google accounts; i was talking about multiple calendars for one google account. Please help me out here.

It might depend on what those calendars are. I have calendars imported to my google account for sports schedules. Because of some sort of bizarre license agreement, those calendars will only show up on the calendar on calendar.google.com. They never show up on my phone.

So, you might want to look into those calendars on the web. There may be some statement about it there.
